未付款訂單可在「我的訂單」取消，取消後釋放預留庫存，不會產生退款。目前線上付款尚未開放。
退換貨期限及具體處理條件將在開通收款前補充。請先聯絡客服確認適用條件、處理方式及寄回指引，勿自行寄回。
Cancellation and after-sales enquiries
You can cancel an unpaid order in My orders to release its reserved stock. No refund is needed because no payment has been taken. Online payment is currently unavailable.
Return periods and processing conditions will be added before payment is enabled. Contact customer support to confirm eligibility, the arrangement and return instructions before sending anything back.
